PAP/RAC lectures for Master COAST students at Aix-Marseille University

On 4–5 November 2025, PAP/RAC Programme Officer Ante Ivčević delivered a series of lectures to second-year Master COAST (Coastal management and vulnerabilities) students at Aix-Marseille University, hosted at the Schuman Campus in Aix-en-Provence.

The sessions focused on Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM), climate change adaptation, and Nature-based Solutions, providing students with applied perspectives drawn from PAP/RAC’s long-standing experience in Mediterranean coastal planning and governance.

These lectures were organised at the kind invitation of the programme organisers, Anne Cadoret and François Sabatier, and followed earlier teaching activities held in March 2025, ensuring continuity and deeper engagement with the Master COAST programme.

This collaboration reflects PAP/RAC’s commitment to outreach and capacity building, promoting the principles of ICZM and related approaches, while strengthening cooperation with academic institutions in applied research and teaching.
