The MAP Focal Point of Albania informed MAP Co-ordinating Unit that the Albanian Parliament passed Law No. 10234 on Ratification of the ICZM Protocol on 18 February 2010.
Pending notification from the depositary country of the ICZM Protocol, Albania confirms its ratification, thus bringing the total number of ratifications to 3. Three additional ratifications are needed for the Protocol to enter into force.
