The representatives of PAP/RAC and the Autonomous University of Barcelona, as PEGASO project Lead Partner, met in Arles and Tour du Valat (France), on 6 and 7 February 2010. The meeting was an occasion to clarify several points regarding this project, which has now officially started. For example: What must the ICZM governance platform include? What actors to associate? What relationships between different “work packages“? So many issues to discuss before the kick-off meeting scheduled for April 2010. On the second day of the meeting, the colleagues from the BP/RAC joined the meeting to discuss in greater detail what exactly would the role of a “participatory champion“ be. In short, the meeting was very useful and necessary at this stage of the project.
