A new version of the draft ICAM Protocol is now available on this site, including the Commentary. It is a result of the third meeting of the ICAM Protocol Working Group, which took place on 17-18 February 2005 in Paris. By mid-April the English text will also be provided.
This draft is going to be presented at the PAP/RAC Focal Points Meeting to take place on 12-15 May 2005. Later, this draft will also be presented and discussed at a Regional consultative workshop, as a part of the consultation process to improve the draft, which will eventually be presented to the Contracting Parties at their Ordinary Meeting in November.
You are kindly invited to send us comments on the present draft and suggestions for its improvement, which will be considered and taken into account in the next 'drafting' steps.
