As of June 1 PAP/RAC will never be the same again. Ljiljana (Cica) Prebanda has retired from daily chores at the office to enjoy the freedom to do what she pleases. Knowing her, she won't spend too much time relaxing. Apart from 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren, there is her most demanding child: the environmental NGO "Sunce" that she founded and has been running very successfully for many years. Now she will finally have enough time for it. Illegal builders, cement factories, water polluters, ... beware!
Cica was with PAP/RAC from day one and saw it through all its phases, leaving an indelible mark. Whatever you look at, she either did it, or organised it, or at least made a contract for it. With her bright personality she filled the office. She had a comforting word if needed, sometimes she nagged a bit if we did something wrong, but her presence was always felt. She will certainly be missed. We wish her all the luck in her new life, and we hope she will not forget us and come to visit us from time to time. Cheers, Cica!
