The main square in the centre of the Diocletian's palace - the Peristile, is surrounded with spectacular facades and colonnade from the Roman times. The City of Split, with the assistance of international donors, pays particular attention to this World Heritage site. Recently, after several months long restoration works, the facade of the ancient Cipico palace at the Peristile hosting the PAP/RAC premises has been brought to light again. Now, when the scaffold is removed and the green ‘curtain' is down, the ancient facade shines in its full splendour.
