The Drafting Group for the ICAM Protocol has prepared the second draft of the Protocol on the basis of the discussions and recommendations of the previous meeting. This improved version will be discussed at the third meting to take place 17-18 February in Paris.
After, the draft Protocol will be open to the public in general and to the governmental and other experts for comments and further improvements. In May it is going to be presented to the PAP/RAC Focal Points at their meeting, and soon after, a Regional consultative workshop is envisaged to take place, tentatively in Italy.
