One more good news about the Protocol ratification! France joined Slovenia as the second Contracting Party that ratified the ICZM Protocol! Namely, on 28 September, the French National Assembly adopted a bill allowing France to ratify the ICZM Protocol. We hope that the other Contracting Parties will join the team soon.
