SHAPE meeting in Pescara

The 4th SHAPE Steering Committee and Project Meeting was organised on April 16-17 in Pescara, at the premises of the “Museo delle Genti d’Abruzzo”. It was attended by 48 participants, representatives of all project partners except Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The main objective of the meeting was to present the current situation with the project implementation, the results achieved and problems encountered, and try to find solutions for those problems. Special focus was on the financial issues relevant to the state of the project expenditures. PAP/RAC representatives presented the situation regarding the WP3 – Integrated Coastal Zone Management, and introduced the MedOpen, virtual training course on ICZM in the Mediterranean, organised by PAP/RAC, whose 2013 run would be organised specially for the SHAPE project partners.
