The Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan (SECAP) is one of the key EU documents which defines concrete measures for both climate mitigation and adaptation, with timeframes and assigned responsibilities at all management levels - translating the long-term strategy into action.
The upcoming Thursday CREATivE Talks webinar is an opportunity to learn more about the process of SECAP development and its implementation on both sides of the Adriatic, as well as to get acquainted with the latest energy planning tools which can help us to tackle the impacts of climate change.
