PlanCoast concluded

The PlanCoast project has been concluded with the Final Conference organised by Emilia-Romagna Region between 27-29 March in Ravenna. The first day was dedicated to PlanCoast project itself where the participants presented the final outputs and discussed topics such as participation, data collection and integrated coastal and maritime spatial plans. PAP/RAC outputs, namely, the National Reports, the Synthesis report for the Adriatic, and leaflets and posters on Spatial Planning in the Adriatic were presented and distributed to project partners.

On the second day, the International PlanCoast conference "Integrated Coastal Zone management and Maritime Spatial Planning" took place. PAP/RAC presented the Barcelona Convention and ICZM Protocol in the introductory session of the conference. The third day, a study tour to the Po Delta River Park (Comacchio) was organised.
