On 17 April 2018, PAP/RAC joined the 2nd meeting of the Thematic Working Group 5: Coastal and Maritime Tourism of the PANORAMED project that took place at the premises of the Agency for Territorial Cohesion/Agenzia per la Coesione Territoriale in Rome, Italy. The work package is coordinated by the Croatian Ministry for Regional Development and EU funds in collaboration with the Tuscany Region. With a focus on governance, the country experts and representatives have worked on the selection process of the key projects, which will be further analysed in order to help build new Interreg strategic projects at the Mediterranean scale in the coming years.
This first meeting was scheduled back-to-back with the Interreg MED Mid-term event “MADE in MED – Crafting the future Mediterranean”, which was held also in Rome, on 18 -19 April 2018. PAP/RAC joined the panels of this event, addressing the specific issue of the blue economy development.
