Stakeholders discussing sustainability indicators and climate impacts in the Boka Kotorska Bay

On 18 January 2023, a third stakeholder meeting on the preparation of the Coastal Management Plan for Boka Kotorska Bay, was held in Herceg Novi, Montenegro, in parallel with the third Climagine workshop coordinated by our colleagues from Plan Bleu/RAC. The Plan is being developed within the Child Projects 2.1 and SCCF of  GEF MEDProgramme. The specific focus of this meeting and workshop was to agree on sustainability indicators that reflect the state of the environment concerning priority themes covered by the Plan. Following day, a presentation on interrelations between climate risks and gender sensitivity was held by Plan Blue/RAC together with the presentation on climate risk assessment for the area. This was followed by group work discussions on anticipated climate impacts in the Boka Kotorska Bay.
