During this session, PAP\/RAC presented the Protocol on Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) of the Barcelona Convention as a key legal framework for reconciling tourism development, ecosystem preservation, and climate change adaptation in the Mediterranean.<\/p>\n<p>PAP\/RAC also highlighted the importance of its integrated approach, which seeks to overcome sectoral silos by bringing together stakeholders from tourism, spatial planning, and environmental conservation around a shared vision.
