The meeting brought together representatives of 13 Contracting Parties to the Barcelona Convention, PAP\/RAC, Plan Bleu and UNEP\/MAP officers, in the framework of EcAp Med III project.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the meeting was to discuss the content of the 2023 Quality Status Report (QSR) chapters on IMAP Ecological Objectives (EO) 7 and 8; solutions to strengthen the Science Policy Interface (SPI) for the implementation of IMAP &#8211; with a focus on CI 15 on hydrography ; the upgraded Guiding Factsheet for the Candidate Common Indicator 25 \u201cLand cover change\u201d; and the definition of GES for the Common Indicator 16 \u201cLength of coastline subject to physical disturbance due to the influence of human-made structures\u201d. The upgrade of the Candidate Common Indicator 25 was supported by the GEF MedProgramme.<\/p>\n<p>Before the closure of this productive two-day meeting, the Conclusions and Recommendations were adopted to serve as guidance for the implementation of IMAP and therefore, facilitate the preparation of the QSR in the upcoming months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":6391,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-5146","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/hr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/5146","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/hr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/hr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/hr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/6391"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/hr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5146"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
