{"id":4908,"date":"2017-09-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-09-26T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/news\/adriatic-gef-consultation-meeting\/"},"modified":"2026-05-08T09:58:49","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T09:58:49","slug":"adriatic-gef-consultation-meeting","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/hr\/novosti\/adriatic-gef-consultation-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"Adriatic-GEF Consultation Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Consultation Meeting on the \u201cImplementation of Ecosystem Approach in the Adriatic Sea through Marine Spatial Planning\u201d Project (the so-called ADRIATIC-GEF Project) was held in Tivat, Montenegro, on 27 September 2017, following the Coast Day celebration. The meeting was attended by representatives of both eligible countries &#8211; Montenegro (Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, Environmental Agency, Public Enterprise \u201cMorsko Dobro\u201d) and Albania (National Environmental Agency), as well as by representatives of PAP\/RAC, SPA\/RAC, MED POL, MAP\/UN Environment Coordination Unit, and two PAP\/RAC consultants. The meeting discussed Project\u2019s overview and benefits for countries; Project\u2019s activities; alignment of national monitoring programmes with IMAP requirements; and the Inception Report. The Meeting set the stage for future activities, especially in light of the upcoming Inception Meeting and the Steering Committee meeting. This meeting is a beginning of a fruitful collaboration of eligible countries and MAP RACs on restoring the ecological balance of the Adriatic Sea through implementation of the Ecosystem Approach (EcAp) and improving the sub-regional management capacity through Marine Spatial Planning (MSP).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":6868,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-4908","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/hr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/4908","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/hr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/hr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/hr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/6868"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/hr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4908"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
