{"id":8196,"date":"2026-03-31T07:42:31","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T07:42:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/projects\/nostrum-dss\/"},"modified":"2026-09-08T12:49:34","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T12:49:34","slug":"nostrum-dss","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/fr\/projets\/nostrum-dss\/","title":{"rendered":"NOSTRUM-DSS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Objectifs principaux<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le projet s\u2019est concentr\u00e9 sur quatre objectifs principaux :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">am\u00e9liorer les connaissances scientifiques et la recherche appliqu\u00e9e dans le domaine de la gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des ressources en eau (GIRE) ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">promouvoir le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019outils de syst\u00e8mes d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision (DSS) efficaces et faciles \u00e0 utiliser pour les d\u00e9cideurs ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00e9tablir des liens durables entre les institutions scientifiques, les organisations gouvernementales, les PME et les autres parties prenantes ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">accro\u00eetre la sensibilisation du public et la participation des parties prenantes \u00e0 la gestion de l\u2019eau.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Principaux r\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NOSTRUM-DSS a produit des outils pratiques et des produits de connaissance destin\u00e9s \u00e0 soutenir une gouvernance durable de l\u2019eau en M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, notamment des rapports nationaux, des bases de donn\u00e9es, des supports de formation ainsi que les \u00ab Lignes directrices de bonnes pratiques pour la conception et la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019outils DSS pour la GIRE \u00bb. Un outil tridimensionnel d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 afin d\u2019accompagner les d\u00e9cideurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des orientations \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le projet a permis une revue r\u00e9gionale des d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la gestion de l\u2019eau, l\u2019int\u00e9gration des consid\u00e9rations climatiques dans la planification hydrique et le renforcement de la coop\u00e9ration entre scientifiques, d\u00e9cideurs et parties prenantes \u00e0 travers des ateliers et des consultations structur\u00e9es.
