{"id":8151,"date":"2026-03-31T07:42:05","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T07:42:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.paprac.org\/projects\/incore-med\/"},"modified":"2026-09-08T12:41:54","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T12:41:54","slug":"incore-med","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/paprac.org\/fr\/projets\/incore-med\/","title":{"rendered":"INCORE-MED"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Objectifs principaux<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">renforcer la participation des communaut\u00e9s dans les processus d\u00e9cisionnels c\u00f4tiers et marins ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">soutenir des trajectoires inclusives d\u2019adaptation climatique et des solutions fond\u00e9es sur la nature (SfN) ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">am\u00e9liorer l\u2019int\u00e9gration des approches participatives dans la GIZC et la planification de l\u2019espace maritime (PEM) ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des autorit\u00e9s publiques, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et des experts \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre conjointement aux risques climatiques dans les zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Principaux r\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dans le cadre d\u2019INCORE-MED, deux m\u00e9thodologies participatives avanc\u00e9es sont test\u00e9es et adapt\u00e9es dans quatre sites pilotes de la r\u00e9gion euro<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2011<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Democracy Labs (DLabs)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Ka\u0161tela (Croatie) et Algarve (Portugal)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Espaces structur\u00e9s de dialogue centr\u00e9s sur les citoyens, o\u00f9 citoyens, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et autorit\u00e9s publiques cocon\u00e7oivent de nouveaux formats de participation et r\u00e8gles de gouvernance, avec un fort accent sur l\u2019inclusion, la transparence et la confiance.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>SWAP \u2013 Scenario Workshops &amp; Adaptation Pathways<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Catalogne (Espagne) et Sardaigne (Italie)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">M\u00e9thode participative combinant sc\u00e9narios climatiques et analyses d\u2019experts afin de soutenir la co<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2011<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">conception de trajectoires d\u2019adaptation climatique \u00e0 long terme et socialement accept\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">M\u00e9thode participative combinant sc\u00e9narios climatiques et analyses d\u2019experts afin de soutenir la co<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2011<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">conception de trajectoires d\u2019adaptation climatique \u00e0 long terme et socialement accept\u00e9es.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019application de ces outils dans diff\u00e9rents contextes territoriaux et de gouvernance, INCORE-MED :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">cr\u00e9era et actualisera des cartographies participatives et des cartes de perception des risques climatiques ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">int\u00e9grera des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019adaptation climatique et de gouvernance inclusive dans des plans d\u2019action et strat\u00e9gies locaux et r\u00e9gionaux ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">produira des lignes directrices m\u00e9thodologiques, des bo\u00eetes \u00e0 outils et des modules de formation en ligne transf\u00e9rables \u00e0 d\u2019autres zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00f4le du PAP\/RAC<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le PAP\/RAC joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le transfert politique, la durabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019adoption \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne des r\u00e9sultats d\u2019INCORE-MED.
