From 11 to 17 October 2026, PAP/RAC experts contributed to the fourth Climate Adaptation Summer School (CASS IV), held in İzmir, Türkiye, within the framework of the Youth4CLIMED project, of which PAP/RAC is a partner. All sessions took place at the continuing education center of Dokuz Eylül University, with 20 young participants.
In the framework of this education, PAP/RAC prepared lessons and interactive activities on climate literacy for youth, environmental rights, climate justice and youth participation and Policy Dialogue and Youth Representation in Climate Decision-Making. The aim was to help young people understand the climate crisis and its impacts on the Mediterranean, know their rights, and discover how climate decisions are made and where they can step in.
Looking ahead, PAP/RAC will host the project’s final conference in Split, Croatia, in February 2027, bringing together partners, experts and young participants to share experiences and celebrate the project’s achievements.
