The French Senate approved the Protocol on Integrated Coastal Zone Management in the Mediterranean on July 20 2009. The Senate has adopted in First Reading the Bill authorising the adoption of the ICZM Protocol. The Bill has been passed on by the French Prime Minister to the President of the National Assembly for approval.
