On 4th and 5th July 2022, a second workshop on the development of the Coastal Management Plan for Boka Kotorska Bay was held in Kotor, Montenegro, with the support from our colleagues of Plan Bleu/RAC. A lively discussion on priority challenges in the area ensued among more than 40 stakeholders present, with the specific focus on the climate change adaptation. On the second day of the workshop, a discussion on potential adaptation measures took place, bringing up the initial ideas for adaptation in the area. Knowing the expected climate change impacts in Boka Kotorska Bay, such as coastal and flash floods, heat waves, droughts and forest fires, these discussions were of great importance.
